[DRE-maint] Bug#762267: jekyll from jessie doesn't work with ruby2.1

Dear Maintainer,
i freshly upgraded to jessie and jekyll2.2 but it doesen'T works with ruby2.1,
it depends on.
I et the following output:
~$ jekyll -w serve
bash: /usr/local/bin/jekyll: /usr/bin/ruby1.9.1: bad interpreter: No such file
or directory
