Power Assert shows each value of variables and method calls in the
expression. It is useful for testing, providing which value wasn't
correct when the condition is not satisfied.

This package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Ruby team.
It is a (soft) dependency for new version of ruby-test-unit (see
https://bugs.debian.org/784424)
