The packaged version of shoulda-matchers does not satisfy shoulda's
dependency:

  Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "shoulda-matchers":
    In Gemfile:
      shoulda was resolved to 3.5.0, which depends on
        shoulda-matchers (< 3.0, >= 1.4.1)
  
  Could not find gem 'shoulda-matchers (< 3.0, >= 1.4.1)', which is required by gem 'shoulda', in any of the sources.
