[DRE-maint] Bug#911735: pdfwalker unusable due to ruby-gtk2 module issue

There is currently a problem with origami caused by ruby-gtk2 (#990443), a gem
which has been deprecated and is likely to vanish due to the Gtk2 removal in
Debian.

This problem (#990443), for which we do not have a solution at the moment,
prevents pdfwalker from starting, even after fixing the other bugs.

The project itself seems unmaintained for some years now. If it is not ported
to Gtk3 soon, it has no future in Debian.
