[Pkg-samba-maint] samba 3 and 4 in parallel in unstable?

Packages that are not targeted for the release simply do not belong into 
unstable.  I doubt that the exposure argument counts for much.  Users 
who are looking to test samba 4 but are unable to find it in 
experimental would not end up being very helpful testers anyway.
