I have no objection to adding the build dependency; libuuid1 is already used
by everything from e2fsprogs to apache.  I'm a little surprised that Samba
didn't already have appropriate UUID-generating code of its own, given how
widely used GUIDs are in the protocols, but if this is how upstream is doing
it I think it's fine to follow suit.
