Thanks for digging into this. I'm reassigning #660223, I'll leave
#643970 up to the maintainers of openldap.

Since the original bug was reported against the squeeze version of nslcd
it probably affects winbind 2:3.5.6~dfsg-3squeeze7. Marco, can you
confirm the version of winbind?
