[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#729050: samba: Missed one or more so files on -dev package

I found that after introducing samba-libs package one or more so files are missed on -dev package, for example libcli-ldap.so, so it impossible build packages that need samba libraries, for example winexe.
Can you insert all the samba-libs's so files forgotten on -dev package please?
