[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#758722: cifs-utils: Installed README useless for Debian (describes compiling from Git tree)

The file shipped as /usr/share/doc/cifs-utils/README is useless in a
Debian system, as its main content is the build instructions when
building from the Git tree. It does have pointers to project
resources, but I do not feel they are worth the README.

(Just nitpicking, I know :) That's why I labeled the bug as minor)
