[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#775041: samba: add Breaks: qtsmbstatus-server (<< 2.2.1-3~)

Hi,

samba needs to break the wheezy version of qtsmbstatus-server due to
initscript incompatibility (see #722465 for details).
There is no qtsmbstatus-server in jessie.

Attached is a patch, I verified that this actually solves the problem.
I do not intend to NMU samba.
