[Pkg-samba-maint] CAUTION: Samba 4.2 can't be 'just packaged'

Just a heads-up that the release of Samba 4.2 may be difficult to do in
Debian, because we need to ensure correct hooks are in place in the KDC
to enable to new 'bad password lockout' feature.  If not done correctly,
we could inadvertently disable that feature. 

Ideally we would ensure that a full 'make test' passes against the
system Heimdal.  

I've been trying to update the Heimdal in Samba, and we hit a number of
issues and had to make some patches in the KDC, so this is more than a
theoretical warning.
