[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#798313: Samba 4.2 breaks OpenChange builds

OpenChange doesn't build with Samba 4.2, because it uses a Samba library
(samba-debug) that is now private. SAmba 4.2 is currently in
experimental. This means that OpenChange will start to FTBFS once Samba
4.2 hits unstable.
