[Pkg-samba-maint] wheezy bugs

I would really like to close out bugs in Samba 3.6 in our bugtracker. 
They are never going to be fixed and this is now and for a year already
as I understand it under the control of the Debian LTS team for
security updates.

Can we close them now?  

Or if not, can someone tag them in a way that I can work on the
actually open bugs?
