[Pkg-security-team] Maintenance of aircrack-ng

Hi Carlos,

I've sent you an email asking about the maintenance of aircrack-ng about
one week ago and got no answer, the newer aircrack-ng releases fixed some
pretty serious bugs and it has been two years since the last debian
packaging.
There's also a considerable amount of bug reports without any response at
all.

I've just setted a git repo for aircrack-ng on pkg-security team, can you
have a look at the changes i made?[1] There are very little things missing
to do before uploading the new version.

If you're ok with, i would like to also have upload rights to aircrack-ng.
I will then re-add you as an uploader (if you join the team), then we just
have to fix the debian/TODO list that i made in order to upload the new
release.
