Bug#880086: snoopy: root parent name is extracted incorrectly, causing test suite fails (FTBFS) when building from tmux

Process names are extracted incorrectly by snoopy when they contain
colons (:) and incorrectly by the test suite when they contain
white-space characters.

The parent process name of any process run from tmux is "tmux: server".
This triggers both issues noted above and causes the
`datasource_rpname.sh` test to fail (resulting in FTBFS).
