Bug#885871: nmap: Don't recommend ndiff (on Ubuntu)

Package: nmap
Version: 7.60+dfsg2-1
Severity: minor
X-Debbugs-CC: doko at debian.org

Compared to your git master in the packaging branch, Ubuntu has one
remaining diff.

Ubuntu's nmap only Suggests: ndiff instead of Recommending it because
ndiff requires python2. (And Ubuntu's nmap binary package is in "main"
but ndiff is in "universe" as part of an effort to demote python2 to
universe.)

I can submit a patch if you want to make the dependency conditional on
whether nmap is built on Ubuntu. Or maybe you'd be interested in
demoting ndiff to a suggests on Debian too.

Thanks,
Jeremy Bicha
