There is some background to this decision, mostly aimed at making
critical installs use as few screens as possible (critical installs
are NOT the default level for installs).

But I understand and ACK this may be a controversial issue...:-)

Changing this requires input from the D-I team and maybe even a
general advice among DDs.

Hence tagging appropriately and using our pseudo-tags
