passwd -e according to the man page forces a user to change their
password at the next login.  This is not the case.  It expires the
password immediately and prevents the user from logging in.

All these bugs have been announced to be closed if no new information
or elements convincing us not to do so come up.

For some, the information came and said "you can close". For others,
nothing came....
