I agree to say that cdbs is a really great piece of software. But I really
feel concerned by the fact that it is not really maintained. I tried several
times to join the development team, but it looks like there is no such team
anymore, and I don't feel like being the uniq maintainer of such an
important piece of software.

So, in summary, I'm willing to help with the conversion if I'm needed, but
we all need to be aware that the potential issues with cdbs may not get
solved until we actually do the job.
