Hello Tomasz,

I talked with Martin on IRC.

He indicated me that even if there is no translatable string in lib/nscd.c
and libmisc/getdate.c, it could be better to have them in POTFILES.in.

This could avoid forgetting some translatable strings in some future
releases.
