It is a bug in lexgrog, which seek a "NAME" section, or "NAME" translated in
some languages (but id, ko, ru and zh are not supported).
See the man-db changelog.

This should get fixed soon: #321650 (patch by Denis Barbier)


For the other errors, I have no idea, but they may be lintian bugs.
(Maybe we should talk about this to Denis, if he already had a look at
lintian/internationalized manpages)
