[Pkg-shadow-devel] More i18n to shadow code

In a Debian bug we have already fixed in Debian, a translator reported
that he found some more strings to localize in various pieces of code
in shadow.

Tomasz, please find attached the patch to po/POTFILES.in which fixes
this.

I haven't really checked whether all added files really contain
translatable stuff. INcluding them indeed doesn't really hurt, anyway.

For the Debian team=A0: this is the 002 patch which we will move TO the
3xx series as soon as Tomasz confirms he applied it upstream.
