[Pkg-shadow-devel] Git repositories ready

After Serge's work and some work of mine, I'm happy to announce that
the following GIT repositories:

Upstream shadow: https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow

Debian package: git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-shadow/shadow.git


The Debian package GIT repositoryis not usable with
git-buildpackage. It includes a pristine-tar and an upstream branch.

I think that we should now go through bug reports where people have
sent patches and try applying them to the upstream branch. I will also
probably work on the Debian packaging  in order to trying reducing the
lintian noise and eventually do some other cleaning.
