OK, then I'm considering to add it to upstream.

We need to decide where's upstream, though...:-)

I worked on 4.2.1 in the "upstream" branch of the Alioth git
repository so we may continue to work there. Any objections?

The alternative is to use the github repository that had been setup at
one moment.
