Well, in short, I need to hand off shadow development *and Debian
packaging* to someone else as my current involvment doesn't allow me
to include the (I guess good) contributions we receive.

Those who know me also know that I actually don't have the needed
skills to maintain shadow and that I'm doing that mostly....by default
since Nicolas François moved to other (life) priorities.

This is indeed a call for volunteers to handle patches integration in
git, management of releases....and, finally, build Debian packages.
