I’ve had a quick look at this; I think the problem is that libsvnkit-java’s POM disagrees with e.g. libtrilead-ssh2-java’s about which maven artefacts it provides. My desktop has a slightly different version with correct POMs, but I can replicate your failure in my unstable sbuild. It should be fairly straightforwardly fixable, but a bit tiresome.
