Hi Ferenc,

After a few patches, I've managed to backport xmltooling 1.6.0-3 for
wheezy and uploaded it at https://mentors.debian.net/package/xmltooling.
Could you please review it and upload it further?

Just like for xml-security-c, I removed PKG_INSTALLDIR to build with the
old pkg-config version. As we discussed, I also deleted two tests that
use the network. I'm attaching a git bundle with my new commits on
debian/wheezy-backports-sloppy and also this time the associated patch
queue branch so you can check the details of the patches (you don't need
to push patch-queue/debian/wheezy-backports-sloppy).

xmltooling (1.6.0-3~bpo7+1) wheezy-backports-sloppy; urgency=medium

  * Rebuild for wheezy-backports-sloppy.
  * [c82ae3b] New patch
Remove-PKG_INSTALLDIR-to-build-with-older-pkg-config.patch.
    Remove PKG_INSTALLDIR from configure.ac because pkg-config < 0.27 does
    not have this macro.
  * [6fbfff9] New patch
Delete-unit-tests-that-use-the-network-wheezy-only.patch.
    Since the version of cxxtest in wheezy (4.0) does not support skipping
    tests, delete networked tests because they cannot pass in Debian's
    build environment where networking is disabled.
