That leaves these pending bugs:
#296293: sql-ledger.conf not in sync with source.
is this realy a bug?
I could not find patches applied to this file under debian/ directory
#334527: sql-ledger: Exchange rate is easy to get wrong and impossible to edit
not sure about this one. I posted some comments to this bug.
I think this is not a bug, but a feature, :)
Letting the user change the exchange rate will posibilly move
acounting transactions.
I think is the developer choice to let the exchange rate fixed unless
you delete all acounting transactions refering this specific exchange
rate.
can you look at this bug discussion and give your opinion on this?
you can also look at this list posting where the developer explain
the alternatives:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=2017378
#296356: sql-ledger: SIC should probably be renamed IFRS generally
This looks as a translation issue to me not a bug.
Anyone can create his own tranlation for sql-ledger, doesn't it?
The link provided for the pdf document does not work anymore.
Does not IFRS stand for International Financial Reporting Standards
while SIC stands for Standard Industrial Classification? those
concepts look totally differnt tyo me.
#300043: sql-ledger: package description typo(s) and the like
easy to solve
#303604: sql-ledger: New upstream version available
already fixed in svn, if not it will be anyway, :)
#300204: sql-ledger: Norwegian chart of accounts seems unnecessarily patched.
already fixed in svn

No problem with that one.
I will try to move the code from the custom script to postinst.

I sent him also an invitation for joining the list.
Looking at the list of people subscribed to the list his mail does not seems
to appear.
I will wait for your advice while beginning to work out some of the stuff
clear to me y now.
