[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#438962: avahi-daemon: fails to gracefully handle removed-but-not-purged state

Comparable to the recent thread on -qa regarding cronjobs, purging the
remaining files solves the problem as expected:

$ sudo /etc/init.d/bind9 restart
