I confirm the problem descripted on my iMac with on amd64

ii  network-manager-gnom 0.7.0.100-1          network management
framework (GNOME frontend)

Linux version 2.6.26-1-amd64 (Debian 2.6.26-13lenny2) (dannf at debian.org)
