Hi Martin,

thanks for the patch. I will commit a slightly modified one.
I don't think it makes a lot of sense to start policykit in every
runlevel, so I'm gonna use

Default-Start: S
DEB_DH_INSTALLINIT_ARGS := -r -- start 78 S .

(well, basically what sudo uses)
