Apparently, other distros like Fedora or Ubuntu, completely disable the old IDE
subsystem, so they are not hit by this bug.
Wether we want to do the same in Debian needs to be decided with the Debian
Kernel Team.

The current behaviour though is not acceptable for a release in Debian, so I'm
marking it as RC.
