[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#601587: [upower] 2.6.36 use power_now if battery reports in energy units

With 2.6.36 the file /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/power_now has replaced
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/current_now as said in commit
b137b9942a07843c64a934cfdb7d43155e507e13 (ACPI: Don't report current_now
if battery reports in mWh).

For now UPower don't take into account this change and fail to report
discharge rate.
