Hi,
network-manager uses arping to announce IPv4 configured
addresses. Without it the log has:

NetworkManager[3737]: <warn> Could not send ARP for local address 192.168.122.1: Failed to execute child process "/sbin/arping" (No such file or directory)

so recommending (or at least suggesting it) so the user knows that
it's used by NM would be nice.
