[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#763352: adduser: Warning: The home directory `/var/lib/polkit-1' does not belong to the user you are currently creating.

Dear Maintainer, 

Some time ago (policykit-1 (0.94-1) - Sun, 27 Sep 2009) remove the use
of adduser as the changelog register "- Drop dependency on adduser.". 

Since it returned to the "policykit-1.postinst" script, the file
"policykit-1.dirs" define the same home directory that adduser try to
create, but it fails because in the installation, this directory is
created with root due the "policykit-1.dirs" definition. 

As "policykit-1.dirs" only have one line with "var/lib/polkit-1/", this
bug can be solved removing the file.
