[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#847405: modemmanager: USSD does not work (mmcli, D-link DWM-157)

Dear Maintainer,

    sudo mmcli -m 51 --3gpp-ussd-initiate='*101#'
results in
    error: couldn't initiate USSD session: 'Timeout was reached'
(instead of making the modem to send the USSD message).
This functionality works when the modem is connected to Windows.

Othewise the modem seems to work correctly, including surviving suspend/resume.
