[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#859643: FTBFS with sources imported into git

Hi,

the cockpit upstream tarball contains some empty directories. When
importing this into git, they get lost.. and then trying to build that
fails.

It would be nice if you could make sure that the upstream build system
either creates them, or doesn't fail.
