For the record that's <https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/issues/798>, the
root cause of <https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/710>, which is a
regression in ostree/2017.4-1. Fixed in ostree/2017.5-1, which is currently
on its way to experimental.
