[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#964139: Work-around for missing Network Manager init script in network-manager package

Hi!

As Michael is unwilling to restore the init script for Network Manager, 
to anyone who is affected by this bug:

You can install package orphan-sysvinit-scripts by Matthew Vernon. It 
contains init scripts for Network Manager and some other services that 
in Debian come without init scripts.

By installing it and testing whether it works you help with ensuring 
that Debian can be used with something else than Systemd as PID 1.

In case you find any bug, please do not report it here. Use the package 
orphan-sysvinit-scripts to report any bugs.
