Dear Maintainer,
I'm sure you're busy with matters that apply to the wheezy release
and you're probably well aware of the new libgee 0.8 upstream
release already.

As I'm interested in working on packages (for experimental) that
requires the latest stable version of libgee, I'd be very happy to
see an updated version uploaded to debian experimental.

I've prepared libgee package updates myself and can push to
your pkg-vala git repository if you give me access. Sent you a
request, via alioth, to join the pkg-vala team already.
(I'm also attaching the changes to debian/ for your convenience.)

Would greatly appreciate comments on the package update (which includes
renaming packages to match new libgee-0.8 library name), but
would very well settle for a simple "it's ok if you want to NMU to
experimental, it's only experimental after all and we don't have time
to be bothered with this right now".....
