Bug#323044: two small problems with vim RST syntax highlighting

Package: vim
Version: 1:6.3-071+1
Severity: minor
Vim's RST (restructured text) highlighting is very nice, but there
are two problems.
1. inline references are not highlighted when the line is broken:
If `this text
is a reference`_ then the stuff between `'s is not highlighted
due to the linebreak
2. if a reference name contains an apostrophe (`madduck's ref`),
then it is highlighted properly. However, when the reference is
then defined, the highlight will be that of a comment, not the
regular one (that would happen without the apostrophe):
.. madduck's ref: bla bla
I poked at the syntax for a file, but vim's syntax configuration
remains a mystery. Thus, I am sorry that there is no patch.
