Bug#310974: vim: "debian/rules binary" does not work when /bin/sh points do dash

daradei:/# ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 4 May 27 13:01 /bin/sh -> dash

debian/rules binary stops at command with brace expansion.  I don't know if lack
of brace expansion in dash is bug, but if it is not, then there is a bug in
debian/rules, am I right?
