Bug#338557: vim: syntax/debchangelog: wrong colouring for commented urgency

  In the following line from the mutt changelog:

    mutt (1.5.11-2) unstable; urgency=low (but fixes critical bug not in testing)
                                         ^

  The space marked with ^, appears in red, as if there was a syntax
  error there, but as per Policy 5.6.17, the space is mandatory and
  hence not an error.
