You still have /usr/share/vim/vim63 in the runtimepath, while you should
have /usr/share/vim/vim64, probably you answered no to dpkg when he
asked about installing the "maintainer version" of /etc/vim/vimrc.

Changing that setting should fix the problem.

In the forthcoming version of the vim package there will be a symlink
/usr/share/vim/vimcurrent -> vim64 that will be kept up to date to avoid
such troubles.
