Have you had a look at the vim-spellfiles-ru package in experimental?

  http://packages.debian.org/experimental/text/vim-spellfiles-ru

Our idea has vim maintainers has been so far to provide a unique
vim-spellfiles source package which generate several vim-spellfiles-XX
binary packages using the recipes available in the vim sources.

Unfortunately the package is ATM in a bad shape until I will have some
time to work on it again :( The binary packages should work, but
building them from sources it a bit painful and it probably wont work
out of the box. That's the reason for those packages to be in
experimental.

If you would like to help it would be great if you can contribute to
vim-spellfiles itself instead of creating a separate package for russian
vim spellfiles.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

Cheers.
