Thanks for filing this bug as it reminds me I need to take a look at
vim-spellfiles again.  The original pacakge was uploaded mainly as proof
of concept and so people could try out the package, but it was known
there were problems with the build process (hence uploading to
experimental).  Last time I tried, my computer couldn't handle building
the actual spellfiles so I haven't had a chance to try cleaning up the
build.  I try to take a look at things again and get the build running
(if my computer can handle it now).
