vim-common is Arch: any.  I don't know that it was different before-hand
but if that was the only reason, I think we should move vimtutor back to
vim-common.

It's going well. I think I have useable packages now.  I just installed
them on my system.

I'll be committing my work to the vim7 directory in the next couple of
days.  I'll be trying to keep it in sync with changes to our normal vim
package.  Quilt is making this quite easy. :)
