vim7 status (was Re: vimtutor and it's manpage)

Yup.  Tried that out yesterday after I installed.  :)

The last pending issue (that I can think of) is that vim7 includes i18n
manpages.  That is, we have /usr/share/man/{it,it.UTF-8,...,man1}/vim.1
et. al.  The problem this introduces is setting up the manpage symlinks
for gvim, etc.  I'm thinking of just dynamically adding rules to
vim-common.install and any other necessary files for the man pages based
on the known languages in the vim7 bundle.
