Bug#347704: /etc/vim/vimrc.dpkg-dist

Hi!

I had the same troubles at my site - and found that the latest update had
created /etc/vim/vimrc.dpkg-dist (instead of replacing /etc/vim/vimrc, which was
unmodified); mv /etc/vim/vimrc.dpkg-dist /etc/vim/vimrc solved this issue here.
