New upload

Since it seems like my email to the arm buildd admins was ignored or
forgotten, I think we should prepare the next upload soon.  Not only
would that pull in some important patches from Bram, but we could close
a few bugs and likely have a successful build on arm so we can finally
get vim7 into testing.  I'm looking though the BTS right now for any
other simple bugs that could be fixed for the next upload.
